Golf Strong Free Class in the Fitness Center

Golf Strong: Functional ​Strength for the everyday golfer. Build strength in the ​core, mobility in the hips, ​and strength in the lower body. Bodyweight based designed to strengthen the glutes, core, upper back. Essential for posture and consistent ball striking. 2:00-3:00pm on Wednesdays in November and December Class is free and only available to the first 6 people that sign up every week.
