Golf Strong: Functional Strength for the everyday golfer. Build strength in the core, mobility in the hips, and strength in the lower body. Bodyweight based designed to strengthen the glutes, core, upper back. Essential for posture and consistent ball striking. 2:00-3:00pm on Wednesdays in November and December Class is free and only available to the first 6 people that sign up every week.
